EVIL OF SITTING WITH PEOPLE OF BID'AH

When some scholars said it is not proper to listen to lectures of Ahlu Bid'ah or sit with them, some people think it is a form of exageration, sheer hatred or extremism on their part. But now, everyone have started to reasoning with them. 

When you attend the lectures of innovators, you may not have solid anti virus to scan their submissions and detect the viruses. Apart from this, you may be ecouraging them indirectly on their evils because they would be thinking they are still on the right path. They will be using you as evidence of their evils. They will be saying: if we are not doing the right thing, so and so would not be sitting with us, because they are Ahlus Sunnah. You see!

So, be careful where you sit and those you mingle with. If you sit with people of bid'ah, they would use you to justify their bid'ah and it will be a big case against you before Allaah.
